Any further thoughts:

min 3:00-5:00 - fountain griefs until i call him out on it
min 5:30 - he then runs straight down mid lane and feeds
min 9:00 - sees geo tping to tower and doesn't even try running away until it's too late
min 11:30 - lets tower kill him
min 18:15 - runs straight into enemy team and gets killed
min 20:45 - lets creep hit him down to 1/3 hp and doesn't bother running when geo TPs to him

He was afk from 6:00 - 7:30 and excused himself afterwards:

And everytime you called him out for ruining/intentionally feeding it was just a bad play. I saw no intentionally feed.
