Time of Violation (in-game or replay): the very end of round 2, where offlane leaked and after we muted him. he spam pinged for almsot a minute || Round 8 he refuses to save and starts upping king || and start of round 11 when we decide on round 16. ( he does it at round 8 and keeps going throughout, same with round start of 11.)

Any further thoughts: This guy has some serious bad attitude, real headache to play with, tried being understanding, but he was fully toxic from start. He called offlane retard after not "-ro"ing. honestly the dude need to learn some manners, i would definitely go next lobby if i see him again. "waste of time playing with him."
