Any further thoughts:
KayaK spampinged DaDams alot. I told him it's bannable and he ignored me.
When Wave 15 rolled around, he didn't send at all even though green told him we'd send here (he was the only one being able to communicate with him since he ignored me and DaDams).

He was overall really toxic with his obnoxious behaviour.
