I did answer, and I'm more than happy to paste our PM's publicly. I would've kept responding when I had come back around to ENT work but now you posted this, so now we will go public.
Do not come into the ban request section and claim I'm ignoring you because we know that isn't true. I'm sorry if I can't devote all my time into a flaming case like this, as you can imagine, I do much for ENT that scale from requests to actual ban appeals to suggestions to complaints and to tech. support. Not that you actually care, but there's that.
Firstly, kalipso has no history. I just checked his account and many of his aliases and there's no ban history for flaming. I even took the liberty to double check by a simple search of his username on ENT. Feel free to have a look below.

Secondly, his history =/= your history. Since you're a fan of going down the historical lane, let's re-visit why you faced a 4 day ban for that case:

First ban for bypassing ignore + flaming, not as bad as the second request but this proves you've a history of being toxic to begin with. See, this is actual history and as you can see a good portion of the dota community is more than aware of your toxicity.

Second request, where you do flame quite a bit. If you notice in this request there is a secondary replay provided by Astros that further contributes to your flaming case.
Following that, in the initial replay provided there are more than just the 33/34 instances. While those are the big factors, I do look through replays to see if there's anything else to contribute into the flaming case. Feel free to check the replay of your rampage!! ban and see for yourself.
You're a toxic player and while you may have an issue with trying to "contain" your emotions, you will not bring any sort of your behavior into the ban request section here especially after having made fun of my "promotion" in the previous one, telling me "I am high/on drugs", you are lucky I do not forum ban you for this nonsense spread of yours.
So now let's move onto kalipso, following the 0 history of flaming -

I shouldn't even need to point out that he's flaming in another language. While it's still valid to some degree, it's something worth noting because "Fdp" is just 3 letters and if it's being used to flame there's no actual saying in what it is unless you are familiar with such. When you put into comparison to your own flaming => You can clearly see that your flaming is by far a lot worse.
You're going to tell me his flame is worse than yours? Really? You can clearly see you're making more aggressive insults while he's just saying nonsense. No, your flame is meant to get across to whomever you're attacking and as seen right here, you can definitely tell such.
So yes, I told you in PM that's it not excessive enough to warrant a flaming ban and here we are, 2 requests down the line and you're still trying to argue with me so here's what I am going to do to settle this;
Kalipso is going to get a warning, from the TID of the original topic where he's mentioned in and you are going to move on from this. What a warning means is that any mod who is doing history checks will see the warning I've noted under his ban history and be able to act accordingly, hells if you find kalipso flaming in games of yours you are more than willing to use the warning to further said case should it come down the line.
And let me remind you "bigtits" that you've a history on ENT here, with a forum board warning issued to you for flaming here and are under heavy warnings by me for nonsense + irrelevant posting, which includes that "Facebook" brq you posted. I am quite frankly getting sick of your overall attitude here so you best to good to fix it.
I will officially note the warning on said topic below.
