Elmasmamey, playing sniper, was absent for a majority of crucial team fights. The timestamps below are the most obvious.

Around 36 minutes, sniper misses a long, critical battle by roshan. He's farming creeps in top lane. He had plenty of time to join team, and should be with team anyway at this stage of the game.

Around 38 minutes, another long, critical battle by bottom tower. He again is top farming creeps.

We make a critical push at end game after we won a team battle. Again he farms top lane and goes to shop instead of using the valuable time to take out raxes with team while enemy heros are dead.

Several vote kicks attempts were made against elmasmamey after the blatant non cooperation / game ruining. I gave everyone clear warning and reason for the votekick, which was supported by all my team members with their votes. Two players, glockz87 and canned_beanz, refused to kick.

Any further thoughts:

canned_beanz blatantly refused to kick and glockz87 simply did not participate in kicking, while every one else did.

Zeus here. It wasn’t only those 2 team fights he missed. This player tends to enjoy playing by himself. Out of the 51 total kills by sentinel, he contributed in 3(k)+12(a)=15, which is not even a third, with sniper who has a large AOE with no cd/3 charges.

He spent most of the time solo pushing recklessly and repetitively getting ganked by 3 globals.

After reviewing-
35:00-35:33 sentinel is ganking near woods, sniper goes solo top lane.
avoiding teamplay dies from gank.

36:44- sentinel was roshing and got ganked teamwiped. Sniper was already dead there was nothing he could
do here.

38:00- sniper sees bot woods is about to have teamfight. but decides to run back to top and creep lane.
this is very questionable move, sentintel might've lost because of this mistake.

after 38-41 mins- scourge had pushed bot lane and then raxed, game was almost over that this point.

Sniper was indeed playing solo style, and ignored his teammates to help.
He should be banned for refusing to cooperate/teamplay.

Only 1 votekick attempt was made at 41 minutes - Not enough
Sentinel should have been more aware of his gameplay and initiated votekick much sooner.
