Time of Violation (in-game or replay): at 57:00 he was building little to no merc units. at 63:00 or so (wave 23) he only sent one unit and sat on 3700 wood. At 65:00 or so (wave 24) he built no merc units and had 700 gold left over.
Any further thoughts: This guy flat out quit playing toward the end of the game. It's one thing to ruin games by accidentally playing a bad game, but this was completely intentional ruining toward the end. He even admitted to not building on multiple waves in the lobby of the following game (HELLHALT 57, see attached screenshot of lobby chat).
