rots is genuinely not a good player at all. Most of his deaths in the earlier parts of the game was due to techies. Couple that with him being bad, it was a recipe for disaster.

In 18:00, he is fighting creeps past t2 of the enemy's base. Incredibly reckless for him to stay there that long and allowed the other team to basically surround him.

31:30, reckless pushing solo while his teammates are all near the base.

Teal refused to kick the entire game by justifying that trax was equally as bad (not the case). Rots is naturally a bad player and was quite unlucky this game but him being reckless should have warranted a kick - especially knowing that he is playing very poorly and underfarmed, he should not be playing solo.

ineedafriend banned 2 days for refusing to VK.
