His ban requests need to be started sooner, rather than later. I've seen his attitude and behavior escalate into a more ignore-the-team style of play. He will ob when we prefer push, and not be on the same page as team and just make the game much more difficult than it needs to be. Here, he pp's lvl 10 conveniently as they die there or -4 with 11 to king. It seems a little bit strange that he immediately joined next lobby, while we 7 waited to see if he would reconnect on gproxy. Anyway, Just getting his shit started in the event he continues to pp like some other ppl on this bot
