He solo upped on 2 occasions to feed his lane only to suicide after that. This is exactly the same behaviour that already occured here:

I believe this is rq is due to his anger and beef with him! (viewtopic.php?f=8&t=140930&p=545142#p545142)@masterofthe pit has beefs with many players. He always try to find a reason to report someone. I believe 2 king ups dont hurt anyone especially if they are needed (both for building a unit or for later king if you dont have good holders)

king up was correct move, and yes they sent 5 and we needed it. but i waited consent from another player before i do it.

also, since we called skip 10, i started prepare king for 10, then teal said we nn and i stopped. in any case unlike his blatant ignore of team calls

and i didnt suicide, i pushed since we called 12, and we won game, despite his tk solo play on 10

Denied... He was teamplaying and was engaging with his team beforehand. It was also the correct play in regards to 5 in which you guys leaked a lot. Round 8, he does up King but this isn't enough to ban someone.
