Leaking information to enemy, refuse to help team
at 41 he was next to roof in cage and didnt use any spell (heal,grave) to help he just walked around
also missed all push/rax during game

This guy also has a long ban history for throwing, refusing to help team .....
so a longer ban should be appropriate!!

after reviewed -

at 12:30 dazzle died from gank bot lane, blames riki for not using cloud:

at 14:14 dazzle leaked rikis location beside clock.
38:40 dazzle pushed mid then goes b to fountain, his team is pushing bot.

40 mins, dazzle is just moving outside of enemy base. not attacking or helping.
team is trying to end, dazzle did not help his team, just watched when they died at 41:00
this was clear game ruin, peter_north should be banned for refusing to help team and Ghosting


Do not ghost by leaking information to your enemies/opponents.
Do not ruin the game on purpose
