Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Just at the begining he tp top with courier and tried to kill him to gain 2.5lvl advantage but failed. Then in some point of game he fed twice with courier and on 2nd about (23rd min) time destroy all his items and went afk under fountain until we votekick him
