following game, he mute us, takes mid when entire team agreed i should (i know its not rule breaking, but this play nearly fucked us). Steals rosh from skeleton around 30 min mark since he muted he couldnt hear the call to team. Solo plays entire game. ends as solo mid 5-6-7.

I have to disagree with you on game 1, I do not think he was trying to troll or ruin the game, he was participating in team fights, grouping up and pushing with the team. Early on in the game when you died he did also run back to try to help you in what way he could but I think you just got caught out by Riki and Rhasta. The only violation I witnessed in that replay was him spam pinging, that game will earn him a warning for ping spam.

The second game, yellow did call mid first and proceeded to mid, no issue so far, someone trying to FF a game they think is over is not against the rules either, FF abuse is more for people trying to drop elo on purpose and so they use FF, usually done with friends. Perhaps I am not experienced enough in Dota to not see how he is intentionally doing things that you claim he is doing. To me it just seems like he is a bad players or clearly not as experienced or good as yourself.

If you feel I am wrong please do go ahead and appeal my decision and ask for a second opinion but this is my findings after reviewing both replays (bearing in mind I did not have specific timestamps for most of what you say and so I have to watch the entire thing).
