I used my best judgement to find events that make it clear he uses a MH, but I'm sure there are more.

09:45 Moves perfectly to stay out of voids vision in enemy jungle until void gets in to the position where he can doom him without being seen. He had no vision on void and no way to know if other allies were around.

12:50 As soon as sb charge him bot he heads all the way back to base without any vision of it

17:45 While creeping in his jungle, he stops creeping when enemies change direction to check his jungle. He has no vision from anywhere, but heads to his tower and waits for sb charge then dooms sb. In order to make it in time for charge, he uses scorched earth to speed up before charge hits. Then he dooms and runs back to base as if he knew exactly how many enemy heroes were present.

19:30 Heads towards creeps in his jungle, but suddenly turns back toward his tower as if he knew there were 3 enemy heroes about to gank him. Waits at his tower while enemy is in his jungle. His ally was creeping in jungle oblivious to what was happening. As void chases OD he moves down to avoid being seen and acts as if he knows exactly where the other 2 enemy heroes are and that void is alone.

20:45 Uses scorched earth while hunting void, as if he knew void was on top of the ramp. In this chase he acts as if knows exactly where void is.

25:50 Waits for void with lothars to doom him

Any further thoughts:

This is my first time submitting ban request for MH, but I feel this guy uses MH.
