Any further thoughts: First, I would like to point out that the violator and gondar appears to be friends with skype and or maphack. One of them seems to be maphacking, but I am leaning towards tiny that is the one pulling the strings. It is evident in games prior to #44 they are always playing together. For major fog ganks, gondar is always with tiny, pretending to scout finds low life hero at neutral just at the right time. And as you would expect tiny is there. Or if an enemy is approaching, tiny heads towards that direction, of course, gondar is there with him. Well thats quite a rebuttal by gondar, urh I mean tiny. To me, they are friends.

No fog clicks on tiny or gondar, but jdmashell had a legit fog click and reported on another post.

Reviewed game and here's my input.

At 27:07 the Scourge courier arrives at the secret shop and Tiny + BH immediately go in the direction without any vision in that area. When watching replay with Tiny's perspective though you can briefly see the courier heading to base so he blinks at 27:12 in that direction hoping to kill it but fails. Pretty suspicious as why they would go there in the first place sadly I found no clicks to confirm.

At 28:08 he pings exactly where most of the enemy team is (at Roshan) but has no vision ton confirm it. Not enough evidence or any clicks to confirm anything here though. Anyone could have thought they were roshing when 2 lanes are pushed kinda far and there's no one farming these lanes. Tiny was also in their bottom jungle so even less spots where they could be.

At ~31:02 he blinks ahead to avoid the ulti which seems fine considering he had almost a second to see it coming due to vision. Barely like 0.5 after he blinked AA was in his vision he so went for the kill. I think he just blinked to avoid the ulti but when he saw AA that's why he went to kill him. There's no clicks in that period to confirm he maphacks at that point.

At 38:10 Tiny is just farming top and Void is pretty far from him so I guess that timestamp is wrong.

At 38:38 he heads down towards jungle/river and at 38:42 he finally sees Void so he goes in his direction to fight. No clicks on Void until he sees him. His blink and Avalanche seemed to be on cooldown too so I doubt if he had MH and knew Void was there he would want to fight him with both those spells/item on cooldown. Still pretty suspicious but the direction he took to go down was not.

About the things he said in chat well anyone can write these kinds of thing to troll.

Overall not enough evidence even if the plays he made were suspicious overall imo.

Like you said Naix (JdmAsHell) fogclicked Roshan while he was farming bot before asking him team to do it. Saw it with FCD then confirmed with DRM.

Like I said not enough evidence even if he does play a bit suspiciously. Keep an eye out for him if you play with/against him again but for now this is denied.
