Any further thoughts: He flamed several times, and what I believe set it over the edge was that he paused the game when we were about to get a heal off, which screwed us over and made us lose. If possible, I believe since he kicked a player who was lagging when we asked for him not to, we should have that game as a draw as well if possible.

This was a game full of new / unexperienced players. So a warning for both cases is enough as they dont changed the game.

@Karrkat If someone flames you, just use the !ignore [NAME] command. And this cant even be considered excessive flaming. The results of games dont get changed after such stuff, it's still a loss. The lagger was dropped by a vote so it's fine (green just started a votekick). Have fun !
