Violated Rule(s): pittyanddull mh so obvious and don't even try to hide, all those three guys refuse to kick, the void behaved so obviously, just randomly jump in with no sight to kill our people in jungle, and they must notice and refuse to kick.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay):

4:00 jump to me directly when i was jungling
9:20 follow me randomly when i was invisible
12:00 when axe comes gank him, he hided and untill no creep left, he jumped out and killed axe
13:00 he jumped directly to axe with no vision
16:00 avoided the ganks
19:00 stood there and wait for wd to kill him
20:00 followed me when i was invisible, just like he m his hero on me
28:00 jumped away for no reason, with no vision, when i was invisible and about to duel him
30:00 he knew where we planted the wards, jumped on the hill and then placed the true sight, he pretended he was dewarding, but he did in wrong order which is common sense.
37:00 jump to me and ulti me directly with no vision

Any further thoughts: Please all the guys refusing to kick mhers deserve harsh punishment, and the mher should be banned permanently.

@tobb231 You can never tell if someone is maphacking while you're ingame. Well in that case it was pretty obvious but still, you shoudnt start a votekick just because you believe someone is using MH. And thx for providing such good timestamps

Maphack can only be confirmed once the replay is reviewed after a game. Therefore, it is invalid to initiate a votekick on someone solely due to suspicions.
