Reposting ban request. Can someone else please review this?

I reported him twice for the same offense. Does he have LIHL/Donation/Coloured Name bonus I should be aware of, which grant him extended rights?
As he's a LIHL player, there is some skills to be expected. Yet he repeatedly loses heals (seemingly on purpose). If he really is that bad, his LIHL privileges should be revoked. If he's not that bad, he should be banned for repeated offenses!

He's also instantly very offensive and racist (referring to gas houses, jews, etc.) when you talk to him. I referred to 3 different games in those 2 ban requests about his very rude behaviour, but noone seems to care?

But then I afk by accident (even before the game started) and get banned for 2 days? I don't really see how this adds up. I think his repeated trolling and offensive behaviour causes way more trouble and annoyance than one accidental pregame-afk.

If you can't sway away from being biased towards him, no one will take your brq seriously. Please refrain from posting these or else next time it will be a warning. As I said if there was a player to blame it was yellow for missing heal.
