U both need to fix this shit. Its starting to be a problem for ur team. Man stop ignoring and communicate the less (just calls and etc). Im sure u both are grown enought to deal with the situation without penalize the rest of the team. I know ignore is free and "flaming" is permited (some 
) but just both get over it, whatever happened days ago when u both started fight is already on past.
No need to be best Friends, just have some basic respect and live with the presence of the other is not something imposible to get. Think about it...
