it matters actually, we made a rule specifically to stop this kind of nonsense revenge reports. Gets us nowhere, and fast. Stop wasting these mods time, just becuz you have a vendetta vs. one guy.

watch the replay before you retards make any assumptions. It wasn't a TOT delay, it was part of my line. I split my lane on 16 to leak and the TOT was the only thing that didnt follow the rest of my units.

I can't find that rule/policy anywhere. That means you are merely making the assumption that it'd make no sense to report a d/c if you aren't even in the game. Why? Because it's drama hunting, and brings a more negative effect on the league than a positive one. We do not want users searching for hours through chat logs / replays only to have revenge over other(s). Same applies for broken rules like >120 delay...

Sure, if someone notices a rule break, he is free to report it. However, in this case, fate was simply hunting for drama and revenge on tin. He was neither a player, neither an obs in the game. Fate also admitted not having watched the replay. So no, he doesn't get to waste mods' time, on top of creating more and more drama in the league.
