If you get mad about the ingame ignore, the correct way is to talk to mods afterwards if you cant work it out in personal talk in a reasonable way.This is not an excuse for what you said.
Those kind of insults have no place in LIHL and we will show no tolerance towards it.There are certain low levels you simply do not go to. Its understandable that people have different temper and react different in situations, u are not expected to be a white knight and always behave perfect. However you know very well that its a clear heavy violation of our community standards and its values.
If you feel a player has no place in lihl cause he plays 2 bad, it is known by now what to do... send us replays and ask us to put him on the new list, well get a brighter view on him then that wayplayers that slip our mind and we oversee will be discussed aswell.
I want to add for that example the thing ace mentioned:

We in general believe that if people share personal life details it will lead to a better community, nicer talks and simply better atmosphere.If you use this information to hurt somebody hard as you can it will go the opposite way, and this also will not be tolerated. Again theres certain levels you dont go 2 , you dont mention somebodys kids family etc.
If you are mad about ingame stuff, keep talking about ingame, nothing else.
Haza even had to mute it to not escalate the situation.
Since this is a pattern for you and many players have supported that you show that behaviour pretty frequently, we have decided that additional to your bantime we will put you on a close behaviourial observation, if we see you going against LIHLs values again we will unvouch you without a second warning permanently.This will be done as long as we see it fit and you learned to control your raging moments.This will not be tolerated and shown leniency towards a second time.
