When there is report on suspected intentional clog, We will go look over several times and discuss a lot to judge whether it is intentional or not unless it's very blatant so no discussion is necessary.
To solve your curiosity:
- If there is at least one clear holder who goes mid in a team and hold leaks, there won't be any unvouch although a lot of leaks come from other players.
- There could be possibilty to leak hard certain levels, since towers have strengths and weaknesses.
We won't release ban due to just hard leak at certain level. - Level 7 won't be count as clogging.
- Level 5 and 8 are sometimes hard if you don't have good towers against those levels. However, you can handle if you have good towers and build appropriately. We will check several times considering game situations as well.
- In 2s, clogging will not be easily possible compared to 3s and 4s. Nor they clog at mid hard although they leak almost full.
I think abuse of clog is usually happened and happens at 4s
since clogging seems like happening frequently when there is more than 70+ creeps.
Let's take an example of 4s.
If you leak nearby 40~60, you have chance to lose heal.
But, if you do leak more than 80+, you barely lose heal since creeps clogged hard at mid and come to king about 1~2 at each time.
From general logic : If you leak much more, there should be more chance to lose heal than leaking less creeps.
But this is totally against general logicial think. So problems occur when players bring up this issue of intentional clog.
From now on, intentional 4x clogging would be 2 days of unvouch to each player who was in clogging team.
