Yeah this is ridiculous. You shouldn't be able to report people for games you weren't even in. On top of that we should limit people's report to a certain number per week. It's sad when certain people report a DC pen on a game where lvl 1 didn't even start yet just because they want +3 ELO

its really ridiculous report players with whom you have not plauyed ^^this means only you just want to create drama and conflict with other players

Mmm No idea why you would let rule breaks go, all rule breaks reported should be punished? DC penalty might be a good thing to change to only players in game, because they are the only ones affected by it, but if you allow people to get away with breaking rules in games just because the enemy team doesnt see it and report it, thats not really the right direction to catch cheats and abuses?

Unless it is a long long time ago rule break like half a year ago or a year ago...rule breaks should be punished.

If a player did not break a rule in the first place and played the game with manner, respect, and common sense...there should be 0 reason to get reported anyway. Meaning, it is ultimately the player's fault for getting banned whenever he does get banned.

I do understand that some people waste their time and report past minor rule breaks with the intention to create needless drama. The time frame report rule can be reasonable for minor offenses with 0-2 day ban duration or so. But, not for others.

As far as disconnections, if all players in the game decided not to report for w/e reason and let the game/player go, I dont see why a person who was not in the game has to report to penalize the player that disconnected. If dc reports are the cause of drama, we can just say that only those who were in the game may report for dc penalty.
