its not hbc who reported, is elektro, hbc only doing his job.
but i never knew we had rule for double heal, only for no heal, maybe i am wrong i dont read updates frequently.

also 1 space square in dark green ok without pulling from other player, its armed who posted long ago but archive gone.

It's in the wiki, you are allowed to build 1 spot in DG area.

Yep, no idea why this rule was changed, because there is alot of space to build outside dark green, but the rule now says you can build 1 unit into dark green, and this is no rule break on current rules, so there is no chance in the world he will be banned (unless he pulled, as ALL pulls are still bannable no matter where u build?)
