He built a guardian (upped ent) at the entrance on lvl 10, which causes a boss to get stuck there. If I am correct, this is considered as an abuse to game mechanics and falls under exploit.

I know its banable in pubgames, and i heared something about its banable in LIHL aswell, thought im not sure about this

Was the other way around. Stated banning on lihl first, then also on pub.
