Lord-Miles Unvouch Request

I am posting this on behalf of much of the LIHL community. Lord-Miles is currently not fit for this league, and still has yet to learn many basics of the game, specifically when to push, stay low, or tower placements. In LIHL, we should NOT have to tell a player that 250 value on level 1 is overbuilding for aquas, especially when there is a LoD on the team for anti-warrior. A common theme for Lord-Miles is to push very hard for level 10, then never recover afterwards. I will post the last two games I played with Lord-Miles here, and I know other LIHL players are interested in adding some as well. If more are needed, let me know and I will sift through for more. On a further note, some players that originally supported his vouch are no longer in favor of him being in the league after all of his games played and performance in each.

After 103 games played in LIHL this week alone, I would assume transition into LIHL, and not making the same mistakes game after game. Players in LIHL want competitive games, not where we have to babysit a lane saying to stop pushing or saying what to build. Current stats: 40/64, 627 ELO, soon to be 609 ELO when the dc penalty is processed. I am requesting a permanent unvouch from LIHL for Lord-Miles. I believe he should reapply next season, if he wishes, after getting more practice first on the 1200+ bot.

Lord-Miles is told to hold level 10 with Flying Machines, but instead makes 4 Greymanes and costs the team a heal. He goes on to ignore players that offer him advice. There's a difference between helping a player out that listens, and having to babysit. Many games require babysitting each level on his lane.

Lord-Miles gets Sprites and IMMEDIATELY wants to suicide. Again, this shows no knowledge of how to use basic yolo towers.

Leaks level 9 with Sprites. Nore had to tell him to cancel push to attempt to hold Level 9. Instead of making two Sprites, which would have held level 9, he makes a Troll, more than useless on 9. Of course, he leaks the lane hard. Right before Arena, look at his LoD placement.... really?

At level 5, Lord-Miles goes 540 value and instead of adding 2 Aquas, he adds a Turret. I also had to tell him to cancel his push to try to hold 9 instead of leaking the over half the wave yet again. Our team has 0 heals after level 10 and Lord-Miles AGAIN overpushes to 7/6 with 1470 value. Lord-Miles ends up making 4 Oceanus overall.

Other team is 7/8 7/6 7/6 with Ygg Archer. Clearly no point to go 7/6.

I hope you will revouch for LIHL once you played a bit more. You sure are a decent player but you not there yet. Some players has worked hard to get into LIHL some has been denied even though good enough. You got accepted really fast, even I supported you and it was a mistake since you are "CLEARLY" not good enough. Practice and practice and you might be #1 next season

I think everyone can agree if a player drop down to 600 elo in 5 days, its an unvouch.

Nothing more in my defense , And donbola i dropped 300 elo for today and yesteday what can i do man ?

well i suported his vouch, i had some discussion in some games with him, i think he only have to work on his attitude and to start listen people that are older here, and stop assuming he knows all the shit cause obviously he doesnt. i still would let him complete his trial vouch and see after this if he stays or unvouch.

Well that is what makes me sad, since I don't want to be a hater: I just want to win and its very hard if you got a weak link on team. These games are always 15/15 which means its extremely balanced. No stacking in LIHL. I hope you understand this is a competetive leauge and if you are not good enough. It will be 70/30 games.

P.S; I don't think this should be a vote, but if you do want to stay +1/-1, atleast back it up with a statement..

As for Lord-Miles..

Most of the games I played with him on my team, he actually did decent. However, I have to admit we had myself and/or lord_pistov and/or other patient and helpful players. We did not mind having him in our team because he does listen when talked to in a nice way and actually communicates alot.

I also encountered the opposite, whereas I had less patient people on my team, alongside Lord-Miles... Obviously, it did not go well and no one had fun in that game, not to talk about the outcome of the game..

In short, while Lord-Miles obviously has the will and passion for Legion and the league, LIHL might not be the most welcoming league to new players. We are now back to KinG23's point regarding ''babysitting'', and I have to agree with him.. While I believe people should open minded to new players, I also think that after a few games, players should be able to play on their own.

My opinion is that Lord-Miles does not have the level for LIHL just yet. I would however let him finish his trial before making any decision.

Now let's adress the real problem here instead of adressing the casual drama regarding Vouchs/Unvouchs...

As seen on the chatlog, I think that @greatbeyond adresses many players' concerns, including KinG23's, regarding new vouchs..

You guys believe new vouchs should watch more replays and have more practice before joining LIHL? Maybe you should adress this problem then, and make a suggestion to increase requirements before applying, instead of the same QQ cycle repeating itself everytime..

AKA: Don't be against new vouches --> QQ about their skill level --> Post an unvouch request which will be denied eventually because many of you don't bother collecting any replays --> QQ even more... ---> Repeat

We have 7 league moderators at the moment, I'm sure that atleast two of them can review 2 random replays of every newcomers and make a decision based on that instead of the actual ''i like you so i vouch for you''.

I can understand that new players can be a source of frustration sometimes. Therefore, I suggest that those who are tired of ''unskilled new vouched players'' propose a new vouching procedure instead of the repetitive unvouch drama like here.

Off topic:
I have to admit I was not on the level of LIHL when I first joined and commited my load of mistakes. My attitude and my capacity to learn fast helped me to get on the LIHL level really quickly while always staying ~~1k elo. I have no doubt Lord-Miles can do the same eventually, but it might be better to practice on 1200 a little bit.

Well i was 1 to support him aswell.
I gotta admit that he has proven me wrong.
He clearly aint ready for lihl yet! He refuse to listen and just doesnt have the nessesary knowledge :/

How can you call this game fail on my way since i were better than you for whole game.

Why i have to add 2s Aqua since i want to mix it with turrets? + Admin can check that i was doing more good than you whole game , you are nothing more than one hater HERE. As i see you FLAME some 1 everygame as you do report agains WOLKE and blame him for ur losing at lvl 15.

Also king were asking to sell his tower. I WERE MORE VALUE INCOME AND SCORE THAN you WHOLE GAME

Since its 3s i dont want to sit at aquas.

Everytime i play with you its just a terrible games , flaming spamming . Just try to ignore me man as i do.

I had more value later game, starting with Phantoms, and cleared my lane on 15. I fulfilled my part on the team. You leaked more than half as expected. Selling towers is how you !ff in LIHL. Nothing wrong with asking team to do that. Nothing more to add to this, just have to wait for LIHL mods.
