New map for DotA {fixed for 1.29}

h3rmit just updated DotA to fix the issues that this new patch has caused. I've personally tested it and can confirm:

DotA APEM/AREM
--------------
Code: Select all

1. Users cannot sell items back to the store - WORKS
2. Spawn camps are incorrect - WORKS
3. Jungle creeps do not provide rewards - WORKS
4. Game crashes for unknown reason - HAVE NOT TESTED IT.
5. Stores, and neutral creeps have bugged colours - WORKS
6. Creep camps/Roshan no longer appear on the mini map - WORKS
7. Dust reveals invisible targets sometimes longer than intended - WORKS

If there are any additional bugs that aren't included above, please list them so we can verify if it has been fixed.

If there are no additional bugs, I would like to suggest this be the new map hosted for DotA AREM/APEM games.


I have attached the map below or alternatively, you can get on BNET and join gamename AP503 to download the map.

The only thing i dind't confirm/test was the dusts situation (if they still last longer than the usual), but if that is the only situation, its worth the risk since all other got fixed.

Also one not mentioned previously, but that still occurs is the 4g/second (on -em), instead of the 2g/second - Not sure if that's something h3rmit can fix or not: No biggie for me, but you know most people will QQ about it :p

ive used dust five times and it was exactly 12 seconds every time.

What about custom hotkeys?

I have the box checked in the options, and the file is still in the wc3 folder. But custom hotkeys not working, it's using legacy keys.

This sounds really easy to fix. I mean I've never used editor, but how hard could it be?

any eta on when the bots are getting updated to this map? i mean anything is better than the no jungle at the moment.
