A different mod of dota. Guess there used to be a similar one but I forgot the name.

hi, I would love to play a game similar to dota where you can pick your own character, pick your skills, make your own combo. faster spawn time, less dependent to creeps, lot more hero fights. There used to be a version similar to this, so I am suggesting @h3rmit to make it happen if he still in charge. peace..

You are probably referring to "Legends of Dota" (LoD):

Legends of Dota is formally known as Dota LoD, a Dota Allstars modification.
It allows you to pick all Dota spells and skills and mix them up as you like. Like this, you can create your favorite hero, by just choosing your desired skill combination.

It's a completely different map, developed separately from the original IceFrog version we're currently playing, by DracoL1ch and others.

I'm not "in charge", so this should probably be answered by ENT moderators and/or oversight staff.
