The whole point of this Idea is for people to Only solo build, Dual Mid is still 2 people building together, And that's what were trying to avoid with this new bot.

Judging by the op's post, his issue was with cross building, because it was overpowered in pubs. Then judging by the posts following that, the issue became that there was also no bot with higher level play for pubs. Seems unfair that you are limiting player's options in the only higher level play bot that is not LIHL. As I said, dual mid is totally different than cross building; it's underpowered, not overpowered, so why are you trying to limit player's fun? If they want to try a strategy that's harder to succeed, why not let them?

The point of this bot is to test the individuals skill level. Not their ability to build with other players. It is about how they can adapt to different towers without needing the help of others. To see when it is appropriate to lumber, what towers to build at specific levels, etc.

You can build those ways on the regular bot. This bot is specifically for individual play. It is for those who want to experience the way lihl plays and for those who dislike crossers

I actually consider mid-build a very challenging build, and potentially allowable, however I was designing a pre-LIHL bot that would be nice for applications into LIHL. This would be a good midway bot.

Eld, this topic has moved beyond your idea that it will be solely a "breeding ground for the LIHL". Players are requesting to play LTD without cross and double building. We are responding to that. Please understand that we are catering to the wishes of the community.

Mid building was never up for discussion in the creation of a No Cross Bot. This bot is being discussed and created for the sole purpose of providing an solo lane playing environment without fear of mercenary. This is what the community wants and we strive to make ENT a more enjoyable place for our loyal players. Players can still build in the middle on ENTs other LTD bots - no one is taking away your ability to do this.

Here is the summary (Including what steps we need the admins help with):

1. Admin to do: Create a new No Cross bot. Game name example: "[ENT] Legion TD Mega No Cross #x"
2. Admin to do: Reset the LTD HR ELO bracket and rename that ELO bracket to Legion TD Mega No Cross.
3. Admin to do: Do not make any ELO requirements to play the new bot.
5. Admin to do: Revise the ENT LTD rules to the ones posted at the end of this post.
*The only additional rules to the current pub LTD bots would be no merc, no cross, no double, no aura swapping, default mode "suggested" as -hpgmcb.
6. Admin to do: Edit the announcement in public bots so that in addition to advertising the DOTA HR it also mentions the new No Cross Bot. Ex: "Join our new No-Cross LTD Games: /w Clan.Enterpise !g Cross"
7. Admin to do: Create an in-game announcement that will only appear in the No Cross bot that reads: "This Game has certain rules. People who break these rules will be banned. They are: No Crossing, No Swapping Auras, No Mercenary."

LTD-specific rules revision:

General:

• Pause and unpause repeatedly in an attempt to kill the king
• Selling towers in an attempt to lose the game
• Intentionally preventing king from attacking (king juggling)
• Leaking a wave then leaving without using heal that may or may not save the king
• Building close to your teammate without consent to steal kills.

Antistuck

• Can only be used on your side of the map only.
• Cannot be used to kill steal leaks from your teammate (you can use it if your teammate is dead)
• Cannot be used to delay units from returning to the king.

Legion TD 1v1

• Do not use Mercenary on 1vs1 bot (ENT35)

Legion TD Beta

• If you pick a hero you are not allowed to change your builder.

Legion TD No Cross

• Players cannot switch to the Mercenary race under any circumstances
• Default mode must be set as -hpgmcb with builder prophet (Unless 100% of players agree to an alternate game mode before the game starts)
• Players may not build any towers on their teammates lane. This includes double-building, cross-building and aura swapping

Rule currently 'No Crossing, No Swapping Auras, No merc'. I think it should be made clear that double building of any kind is prohibited.

A message should also be broadcast over other ltd bots as I know a lot of players were waiting for this, and some might not know it's up.
