As I said there, it doesn't matter if your team tells you its okay to build servants, it's still against the rules. Also the fact that you asked at the very start of the game 'whether it was bannable' clearly indicates you knew that there was a glitch associated with servants. If you browse to our Wiki you'll see that purposefully glitching the game is bannable so the answer should already have been apparent to you.
