Noticed some bans were going around because certain individuals were abusing this.

Manually removed the "cheatpack". (it was in fact just a line of code that gave the user (green) max gold upon typing a specific string)
Replaced the code to instead inform users about the ENT wiki at the start of the game.

If you need anything else done, such as disabling the in-game -kick due to abuse, let me know.
(Angel Arena Allstars - Optional):
- Could set default modes to -AR -R0 -Life 200 (was previously talked about in the past, but I was busy so it never got done)
- HCL isn't supported, would need a complete re-write of the game mode selection system (not worth).

@HazarDous Map is fine, I tested it and tried to use the said activator (cheatpack) which exists in the current version and it doesn't work. I support having this on autohost.
