Civilization Wars: forbid pulling

Can we make pulling bannable for Civ Wars?
Reason: purposely exploit of the game.

If this needs anymore elaboration, let me know and i will work out a more detailed description. Also added a poll.

adjustment: ban any pulling at first 5 mins and after that ban intentional pulling (could be situations when u must repair tower and pull some creeps by this but its normal situation and inevitable).

True. As a pro you know the difference between intentional (malicious) and necessary pulling. I will add screenshots to point out the difference between these two extremes so everyone else can understand it too.

@Nabo.
Will do for the current map on Ent16.

Give me 2 days please, my computer had a virus and i re-installed the whole operating system.

u can see pulling war between me and cc-cc in this replay (it started at near 2 min from the game start on the bottom line)

The replay shows it well, that's the kind of action i would like to see to banned, since this is built into WC3 AI and can't be fixed.

As a definition we could take this?
Pulling := Using the build/repair function to make enemy AI units follow your worker(s) without a clear need

Guess what i've been doing whenever playing on Ent16. Still it's kinda odd that you have custom rules for games like Legion TD, even specific ones for every bot. Your bots, your rules. So far so good, rules are needed. What i don't get is why we keep getting told to make more people vote. I (as the guy who is in charge with the map) strongly believe that is cheating, no matter what the outcome of the poll says.
Our community is not as big as it was, and compared to DotA or LTD it's maybe small, still: Why can't Civ Wars have it's own area on Ent? Not just as being on a hosted on a map on which no staff member plays, but more as a game that deserves attention too and that people still play, although WC3 is said to die.
