Attempted to handle via pm, unsuccessful.

Matdas rebanned a user for "fog clicks" that the user had already been unbanned for via an appeal.

The reason the user was unbanned was because the clicks were not valid.

Clicking side shops: These clicks ca not be confirmed to be maphacking.

@Cambriouleuse the clicks that matdas provided in the 2nd ban were different clicks. The original click was a smart order and as BouncingHitman explained was not solid evidence, the selections inside of the fog of war however were pretty clear evidence. I have not actually watched the replay to see if he had vision of the Swedish Lumber Mill but I am assuming that the clicks were made inside fog of war.

The reason it is in processed is because nabo. banned (where it is moved to confirmation) then matdas confirmed (moved to processed). As to the wiki.entgaming rules, it is most likely referring to something else, selecting a shop that is inside of the fog of war is a pretty obvious sign of MapHack .-. no reason not to ban a MapHacker just because he clicked a shop instead of a hero, or boat in this case.

There was a confusion. Mat, just like me, probably checked the replay OP provided which was a desync replay. Under the desync replay, they did fog click. But, under the normal replay, both users do not have any legit fog click.

Both users are unbanned.

You are asking in the PM for an unban of a player that is not even you. I stated that i do not unban players through PM. If the player wants to appeal the ban he can. Saying I am incompetence has no weight.

Whether the ban is right or wrong, a complaint doesnt do justice for a player not involved on either side of the equation. If said player wants to be unbanned, then he should post an appeal.

He made a mistake. It happens all the time, to everyone. If you want to honestly argue that a moderator is incompetent,get 5-10 examples of dumb mistakes the mod made.

Yes, he should have checked the other ban before banning the user. But, if we demoted mods every time they made an error in banning, we would have.. no moderators. Literally.

Things like this are exactly why we have 2 moderators review MH bans, and why we have an appeal process. Seeing as the person got unbanned by the process by the 2nd moderator, it seems that everything is working as intended.
