Are you kidding? You had a ban on the 3rd and it expired on the 4th. You're not banned at all, I'm gonna move this to processed, your stay rate is incredible so if you were banned I would have unbanned you regardless but due to the fact that you're not banned gonna move this along.

Make sure you have the most current version of DotA (Latest Map: 6.77) http://www.getDotA.com it was released 3 days ago, so this is most likely your problem.
