Any further thoughts: Jakiro respawns and sits AFK in fountain while we lose bot rax. He had respawned in time to help D bot but just sits fountain. He does come back to game after we lose bot rax but at that point it was over.

After watching the replay, I can safely say Puce's afk was the main reason this game was lost, it was a very close game and his afk sealed it. If he wasn't afk he could have prevented getting raxed.

Although the AMOUNT of time afk is short, the impact was immense.
Puce banned for three days for afk at a crucial time.
