Any further thoughts: I suggest some admin to watch full replay with 2x speed cause he was doing nothing all game and never push with us from begin. If admins so lazy after 30 min of game he started throwing hard like afking in base/fountain/ 2nd tier bot tower or in scourge jungle when our team push.Just when i threat him with report he started defending but they already raxed all base and he acted like he doing something lol xD. I think I didnt even have to mention those !ff from begin but I really dont know wtf this child got in his head but thats his parents problem i guess. I hope he get long ban.

watch reply u can see kilazor always plays for himself and not team. we could of raxed mid easily but he backed watch reply like 5mins before i said that. also the person that was afk in base was grey. like i said watch rely scrubazor always plays for himself that why he will never be a great lod player.

Yeah I was playing definetly for kills with account which got 2/2WL and 0.8 kdr xDDD on very littlenotebook which is hard to play but still better than kids like him so he starts to make up some things like mentally disabled people who he is probably (but thats just my opinion). Ill let u now to make up more things or cry here like u always do because i have more interesting things than discussing with 16 years old kid.

After review,

I don't see any flame or spam. you both exchange words to each other via !si command. you were the first to start the conversation like that.

51:00 he goes to farm and comes back to mid when enemy is raxing.
54:40 troll doesn't help team while pushing mid and it's to late for him to join because his team is already dead.
He does !ff from the beginning of lobby chat to times in game.

My thought is that he thinks the game is over therefore he thinks if he participates in team fights he will die.

That's the first time the !si command was used. It was used by you, in order to insult the one you're reporting. So, if you don't want people to insult you through the !si command, how about you don't start that?

As for the game ruining, given there was 0 times of violation provided, it's also denied. "watch at 2x speed" or " somewhere after 30 mins" is not helpful.
