Problems regarding WC3 Connect (Please delete the older topic in the wrong place).

(Before anyone asks, i had posted this on the wrong forum because i normally dont post in the forums and i keep myself hosting instead, if a staff member can delete my topic at the general forum, it could be appreciated, now, i will put what happened before.)

Anyways, i have someone that I know in here called Rockun, while i dont know his Ent account, i am doing this because there was a problem with his Warcraft 3, simply, when he tried to enter in a map he could download the map, even if he already had it downloaded, and be forcefully kicked off the map, he tried several things, from re-downloading the Wc3 Connect, to deleting the map and trying to rejoin it, and a few other things, I can post a few images from discord and Warcraft 3 if you need further information, while he was able to join one game as a test, he did not know of said map, and it went fine.
the first image is is what he already tried and the second is what is happening, the third images is him joining the random game and not being kicked off (he will try his older computer, but i dont want him to go to this extreme).
