Any further thoughts: Player always takes mid, has zero communication, never takes advice, never plays with team and always gets the worst items possible. Subtle ways to throw the game without blatantly breaking a rule. He rotates between accounts a lot. His total stats state that he has 3 games with 0 kills and 30 deaths. I know hes a thrower from his other account where he is currently 0-19 and he does the same thing every game. How has this guy not been banned LOL
