Any further thoughts: this guy was constantly raging from the start mass pinging all game then he killed his items and ruined more he has massive history or bans for simular things search.php?keywords=pudgey and 2 players which where friends from sent refused to vk when it was clearly told to them and they could also see

You can use the command /hideminimapsignals to disable pings in game. It does get rid of the "good" pings as well, but it still makes those situations much better.

Pudge ping spams at 3 min, 10 min, 11 min and others, making minimap unreadable. Then destroys his items at minute 17 and goes afk behind fountain. Then attempts to deceive sentinel players by stating axe is afk for 3 minutes. Pudge also initiates two illegal votekick attempts on ally invoker. Then initiates illegal votekick against ally axe.
Multiple previous bans for bad behavior.

pudgey banned 3 weeks for game ruin/item destruction/votekick abuse/lying to deceive players into voting/ping spam.
Multiple votekick attempts initiated on pudge: only jhunex and WhiteAngel failed to vote on any of them and are each banned 2 days for failure to votekick game ruiner.
