Usually maphack cant be confirmed ingame (You need to re-check the replay and confirm the evidence/fogclicks), however in this case he was using a tradehack tool (giving gold/lumber to teal, which everyone knows is not allowed on LTD), so they should have voted in this case, as they had enough evidence to confirm he was maphacking/using tradehack

So:

ggqq@europe.battle.net should be banned for using 3rd party tools (map/tradehack)
clown-@europe.battle.net , maxweli@useast.battle.net should be banned for refusing to votekick (alex voted in the first one) - I wont blame anyone on the enemy side for not voting, as they couldn't verify the tradehack going on, but ggqq team could (as they chatted about it)
