Violated Rule(s): Do not deceive players about rules in an attempt to get them banned/to force them to do something they are not obligated to. For example, telling users to draw or they would get banned is deceiving as drawing is a mere vote and not mandatory.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): at 4 min he starts about kicking people who died on his team ( + 8 min,) at 9 min assume peope are feeding intentionnaly because they die , so kick rage again ( +12:53min) At 16 min , starts the real thing, he claims he will ban all of us because one of his teamate die frequently.... and it goes on and on...
Any further thoughts: This player kept saying all game long, you are banned, enjoy, i ban you. so much that at one point i felt like i wasnt playing but reading a lawyer book haha. But seriously, we have to do something about this kind of chat, this totally ruined game, people started not focusing ncluding myself. We have to stop this propaganda, its dota , not an psy aisle where people keep saying ban ban ban,,,, ect.

Agree. Drow intiates illegal votekick, flames allies, lies about reason to kick ( there was no evidence zeus was intentionally feeding) and engages in admin impersonation: " I will perma ban you" etc.
Knuffelz banned 3 days.
