Game Name: [ent] dota arem us/ca #88
Your Warcraft III Username: KevinAndPerryGo
Violator's Warcraft III Username: ShortestStraw
Violated Rule(s): Didn't kick a game ruiner
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 2 minutes through to 12 minutes
Any further thoughts: I think it's pretty apparent he was enjoying not kicking the game ruiner. He was enjoying the imbalance and the controversy he caused. Most of my team and all of his team requested that he kick blue (lanaya) and he refused.
Lanaya went afk for several minutes, sat idle in lane invisible for several minutes not helping. I died right beside blue at one point. Sat there leeching xp. Also lagging every 15-20 seconds for 10 minutes+.

Re: [DOTA] [shorteststraw@uswest]
Blue was lagging, however the reason u provided for kicking him was leeching your exp while invisible. Game was paused for many minutes after which blue said he fixed his lag.
Now, I believe your votekick was abusive and if blue wished he could request a ban for you.
He did not purposefully ruin game, I do not believe that, however not being in his team I had no means to verify that.
At the end his score was better than yours...

Blue was lagging. Leeching xp while sitting invis AND AFK for several minutes.
My own team AND YOUR OWN TEAM tried to explain this to you several times throughout the game. You kept asking for the reasons we wanted him kicked right after we stated the reasons.
I personally think you knew exactly what was going on and what you were doing.
At the end of the day, NOT votekicking a game ruiner IS against the rules. There is a reason it requires 8/10 people to votekick someone.
Everyone voted except ShortestStraw and Blue (the actual game ruiner). Everyone could see it except for you ShortestStraw. We all asked you to kick, myself and yellow (bounty hunter) explained to you what he was doing.
There is no excuse for not votekicking him. You had all the information. Everyone voted for it and asked you to kick.
I'm sorry but not knowing the rules is no excuse. Can you tell a police officer that you didn't realise the speed limit? No, you're getting a ticket.

Re: [DOTA] [shorteststraw@uswest]
Other people voting to kick a player is not equivalent to confirming that the votekick was legit. Personnally I believe everyone who voted yes abused votekick.
After watching the replay I still cannot agree blue broke any rules and votekicking him was breaking a rule.

Re: [DOTA] [shorteststraw@uswest]
just looking at the chat, and you even confirmed hes lagging. He is same level as rest of team. And I'm not sure why you requesting shortest and not the ww that also didn't vote.
Because he asked why you want him kicked? and your response was dumb saying hes ruining cuz hes lagging and feeding.
Neither of those warrant a kick. And him trying to fix seems reasonable to me.
I didn't watch the replay but hes the same level as the rest of your team by the end so clearly he was trying.

Re: [DOTA] [shorteststraw@uswest]
Lanaya afk/invisible in lane for most of the first 8 minutes of the game. Regardless of the reason, he clearly met criteria for game ruin, and then compounded it by returning to play under leveled and under-itemed and promptly dying 3 times. The votekick attempts were reasonable, and should have been voted on.
There were 3 votekick attempts initiated.
Only ShortestStraw and NoMia failed to vote on any of them and are each banned 2 days for failure to votekick game ruiner.
