Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Before the game even started, Chicken6 decided to ruin my game because I didn't give him 1 spell (feral). I stated that I needed it for my build and that I would go ancients. He said he was going to place wards at ancients so they don't respawn so I try to be mature about it and head mid - where he states he will be also. At this point I already knew his whole aim of the game is to try make mine difficult.
30 seconds into the game I try to go to a lane where he isn't but he follows me and then places a sentry at creeps (9 min replay time).
At this point my early game was already over, so I tried to go woods to try recover where he literally came over to steal every creep and said that I can't last hit.
Any further thoughts: Chicken6 should be banned for intentionally ruining the game. He shouldn't be allowed to appeal for the ban because it's pretty clear what his intentions were. While he only focused on trying to ruin my game, he ultimately affected the whole team by playing the way he did. I understand not liking someone for not getting a spell (keep in mine he had an incredible draft and had plenty of other spells to choose from) but spending 17 minutes doing that is unacceptable. No one wanted to kick him or draw so we had to ff early
