Re: BeepBoopBeep@UsEast
I'll use Iznogoods form of what requires to become a moderator:
- Activity (on forum as well as in lihl games):
He's been gone for almost 2 months, which were also why he was demoted. Ever since he's come back, he's only played about 11 out of 39 days in Lihl and literally shit on the rules.
- The good example (shouldn't have records of rule breaking):
There's several reasons why he is far from a good example:
1. When he was a moderator, he was abusing !Swap command in the public games 4v4 in lobby room, to make the teams as he liked and so that he could play with the ones was for his own good elo-wise.
2. Massively abused Anti-Stuck (hundreds, almost thousands) over a period of 2 weeks, meanwhile other people only did 2-7 anti-stucks and was unvouched 5 days. Even though he was told MANY many MANY many times that he was breaking rules, he chose to be a cold arse and literally not give a fuck, as seen here: viewtopic.php?f=85&t=20123
3. After being unvouched 14 days (longest AS-penalty that can be given) he do break probably one of the most important rules in ENT ... he dodged his ban / unvouch, by borrowing 2 of his friends accounts to play on. This is .. I can't put words on it, very very disrespectful to all the other people who's been respecting their unvouches.
- Social skills (the ability to talk with others players and not at least listen):
Apparently think he's above the rules, and isn't capable of respecting when a ex-mod and regular players tell him several times, that he's breaking the rules. So apparently lacks the ability to understand what others tell him. I know several people who's lost his trust in him ever since he's done what he did, and I think that's a good reason not to give him his power back.
- The colleague: (My personal assessment - of course I would prefer a "colleague" I feel I can work together with):
Can't say anything here, other than I suppose he's a fine colleague.
P.S. I know my 'thoughts' don't count when I'm no longer a part of Lihl, but this is not my thoughts, but the truthful facts.

Re: BeepBoopBeep@UsEast
Well the lihl part is true and it's probably going to come back and bite me in the ass. But let me make this clear I'm applying for custom moderator not lihl, about me abusing swap well that's just a nice story you added on cos your drahque and you do these things. I don't need in game admin if you believe that, I just want to process bans and appeals because well I look at that section everyday and see week old appeals and bans and I could help with processing.

Beep was active with ban requests and ban appeals and no doubt it will be beneficial to have him back on staff.

Re: BeepBoopBeep@UsEast
Drahque, you should know on a standpoint that when people are given a position of authority they do not really break the rules all that much. Most do not anyways. With regards to Beep I know he was active and a good moderator in the past who was active. Unless he wants to go for lihl that would be sexy's regard i suppose

Re: BeepBoopBeep@UsEast
The only things I heard and read in the couple of months were rule violations mainly in LIHL. Why do you think is this going to change after you even ignored warnings?

Thats a reallly good question. His attitude about rules, how he thought he was above them and even worse ignored moderators decisions about unvouching him (dodging) really would make it very wrong and weird for him to deal with similar cases. As a moderator he's going to tell people's what to do and what not to do, if he bans a person for dodging, what stops then from asking or wondering; "If you could get away with it, why can't I? And who do you think you are to act better knowing or judging me, when you don't even respect the rules yourself?".

Re: BeepBoopBeep@UsEast
Strange that so many people support him without actually referring to his behaviour of the last months. Ever since his comeback (in general, but specifically the LIHL) he has been a complete ass with violating rules (even when warned multiple times), and undermining the moderators by dodging his unvouch, also dragging other players with him in his bad behaviour (gog-magog and murkemhanks). He did all this in an in-house league where manners are not a pre but a must, and he can't even behave himself there. How can such a person be an example for others?
If I have to make a top 2 of people who really should not become moderator he would be on number 2 after Drahque. (Or he would have to at least show for some months he can play without disrespecting ENT)

Re: BeepBoopBeep@UsEast
People change Drahque, you should know that more than anyone, and also just because he got away does not mean someone else can use that excuse. Terrible example. Do you not know beeps experience for when he was a mod the first time?
@MickeyTheMousie remember he is not an lihl mod yet if he is doing LTD this is completely out of the ordinary so please keep LIHL out of this. With regards to powers as well remember he will only get powers after Agreements finally decides it is right to give them to him. So please keep the LIHL subject out of this as I believe he is not applying directly for that position and just because he gets to moderate LTD does not grant him immediate access to moderate the LIHL.

Re: BeepBoopBeep@UsEast
I am bringing in LIHL because that is what I know him from and he is behaving very badly there. I think it is very useful to people who have to make a decision on making him a general moderator that he cannot behave in an in-house league.
Also, he is unvouched as we speak. It's not like I am digging up some bad stuff out of the past, this is how he behaves at this very moment.
It seems to me to be really strange, and almost Kafkaesque, if he is unvouched at one end of the ent community because he is violating rules in an unprecendented way and promoted to be someone to enforce the rules at the other end (and even scary if it's forbidden to mention this, as Yondaime suggests).

Can't argue with what Micki described
Beep did submit a few ban requests/inputs since he returned.. It's hard to argue about his skills there - when he isn't trolling
viewtopic.php?f=24&t=20687&p=95440#p95440
Personally I've tried to have a few serious conversations with beep regarding his anti-stuck abuse and dodging
-I didn't get anything out from it besides a long list of lies.. and then there was some denial between the other lies.

Re: BeepBoopBeep@UsEast
If he stops his rule breaking and trolling and goes back to his old and good habits where he was mannered/active/ and did the necessary work then accept him.
If he says he just cant do that well ill deny this application right on the spot.
He has two options which are above his choice.
