Violator's Warcraft III username: set_ and other team

Rule player violated: set_ sold all his itms at 18 mins in and started to feed and at 24 mins he bought gem and gaved it to other team and left
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer):
Any further thoughts: we tried to votekick multiple times and always 1 or 2 players from other team wont yes it and kept him to ruin the game
pls ban set_ and other team for not votekicking him out

The 3 Sentinel players who never voted are darodebil, al_bundyyy and modranks.
@nabo. @child Not sure what the precedent is in cases like this. Decide for me?

@sat if each of those players did not vote a single time in any attempted vote kicks against the ruiner they should each be banned 2 days, unless there are prior violations associated with vote kick abuse. If that is the case it is double the ban length for each prior instance
