9:10 - first tried to break my base, still had 4 more walls to go when he ww'd.
13:50 - tries dryad's skybase, breaks 1 wall.
52:00 - breaks 1 of dryad's walls
54:00 - breaks 1 of dryad's walls (the same one as before)
56:00 - breaks same wall
58:00 - comes near my base, dies (58:30) without breaking any walls.
Any further thoughts:
had half a mind to vote yes to the vk aboose to get 9 others banned.
I didn't bother to check any of the fogclicks pretty sure they're all delayed anyways.

Err not being able to break a base doesn't really mean stalling. Lots of the time that he wasnt at a base was spent farming or looking for seeds to nuke. Honestly that was all he could have done really.

By definition "not being able to break a base" == "lost game"

@jew =| He wasn't able to break bases, so he walked around and nuked seeds for a while then tried bases again and died. He did all he could to get fed enough to break the base but the builders just outscaled him. But if you feel that he should be banned then fine.

it doesn't matter how hard he is trying, if it is abundantly clear he won't break the base then it is stalling.
