Edit: this should be resolved. We will continue monitoring.

The U.S. server has been having network issues over the last week. We are investigating.

Bots are currently offline. We are aware.

Edit:

...the servers experienced a downtime of approximately 30 minutes after an issue with the firewall hardware at the server provider. We have switched the DDoS filtering and firewall system to a different mode, and services are back online. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Bots logged off due to a temporary outage:

We had an outage at Quebec location lasting approximately five minutes. Services should be back online at this time, ...


Update:

The server provider is having another network outage at this time. We will update when we receive more details.


Update 2:

Services should again be back online now. We are still waiting for downtime explanation from server provider as there have been two extended downtime incidents today.

There was downtime following unexpected reboot of the Quebec server by the server provider. The hard reboot caused disk corruption that needed to be fixed. We do not anticipate further problems. All services should be online.
