Time of Violation (in-game or replay): after gold penalty , he stayed in mound and between first gp and second gp he just stand in mound.
Any further thoughts: he keeps refusing to follow rules. check other bans or post against this account. 1 or 2 days of ban is making him easier to do what he wants.
