He died 4 times in the first 8 minutes. On his death at 7:55 he just stood in front of the enemy.

Around this time blue asked for help, pinged, Hiro was kind of clsoe to him but refused to help and ran away back to sentinel's tower.

At 22:10 he died from creeps, didnt made an adempt to go away from them, even when it was very easy to survive it.

Over the game Hiro wasted his Ulti often, as you look at the other timestamps given you will notice.

In my Opinion he was feeding till around 24:00 after this it got better. So the first votekick was legit and nos.tringsonme@east refused to kick.

I watched nearly the whole replay till the last VK at 45:16
OP mentioned Hiro feeding intentionally around midgame... Actually i think he did better around midgame then in the beginning and it doesnt looks intentional at all.

Well you didnt "repeadedly asked" them to votekick, you started your first and threated them a few seconds after with a ban.

All in all i would say that nos.tringsonme@east should not be banned, as he wasn't asked to or had any further informations given by the mates at this time and was just threatend by Blue to VK or get a ban. The other Vk attempts are marginal as noone voted anyway.

As far as hiro goes he did not feed intentionally he play bad to start but it was not intentional....Since it was not intentional there was no reason to kick him
