He continues to mass seers all the way until 17 and yeah i got banned for pushing too hard to try and end it faster. But him massing seers is no different than me pushing. So i guess if i get a ban for game ruining, he should get the same treatment right?

Reviewed - he did not throw the game, but you did. At least he made an attempt to survive the level instead of just team killing/refusing to play - you admitted to it on 15 (I quoted you in your appeal).

Also, please try to refrain from flaming in game with calling people "tards", etc.
