MInute 20 he dies and loses the gem. Nothing intentional here.
Up until minute 34, he did nothing against the rules.
But, at 34:20, he went afk at jungle ( i suppose he went there to avoid getting fountain-killed ) for about 100 seconds( until the end). At this point, you had lost both top and mid, and you were pretty much doomed.
I think a warning would suffice.

bristleback creeping in mid lane while top rax is destroyed, and is afk in woods when bottom rax and throne are destroyed.
